Volunteer Application

Would you like to volunteer in the school?  Assistance on field trips and with school activities and events is greatly appreciated.  If you've never volunteered before, please complete the Volunteer Application and return it to the Main Office.  

 

If you are a returning volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Renewal Form.

 

All volunteers are asked to read and abide by the District's Volunteer Confidentiality Agreement.
