Penn Yan Academy seniors recently celebrated Decision Day 2026, a special event that recognized their plans after graduation.
Students took part in several activities during the celebration. They signed the Class of 2026 banner, took photos at a photo booth, and read notes written by their teachers. Students also wrote thank-you notes to the people who helped and supported them throughout school.
The event gave students an opportunity to reflect on their future plans. Some students plan to attend college, while others will enter trade programs or begin working after graduation. Each student’s path was recognized and celebrated.
Ms. Ross organized the event and helped create a welcoming space for students to come together and celebrate this milestone.
Events like Decision Day help support students as they prepare for life after high school. Penn Yan Academy is proud of the hard work and achievements of the Class of 2026.
